This Privacy Policy explains how YEIL LLC ("YeiLogic," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information through YeiLogic websites, mobile apps, accounts, Bookings, scheduling, customer-management, payment, pickup, support, and related services.
A business using YeiLogic generally decides why its lead and customer information is processed. YeiLogic processes that information to provide the requested service. Each business remains responsible for its own notices, consents, communications, recording practices, and legal obligations.
1. Information we collect
- Account and business: name, email, verified phone, login and authentication data, business details, settings, service area, subscriptions, billing status, trial status, acceptance records, support requests, and fraud-prevention identifiers.
- Booking and customer workflows: customer contact details, service requests, bookings, appointment preferences, notes, consent and opt-out records, reminders, rescheduling and cancellation history, pickup details, and payment status.
- Payments: payment-provider customer, subscription, connected-account, checkout, refund, dispute, and payout status. Payment providers process full card and bank details; YeiLogic does not store full card numbers, security codes, or full bank-account numbers.
- Device and usage: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, app version and build, screens or pages viewed, feature usage, session data, cookies, local storage, timestamps, diagnostic logs, crash information, and security events.
- Connected services: data needed for features a user chooses to connect, including calendar identifiers, selected calendar and event details, public business-profile information, address-search requests, and connection status or error information.
2. Mobile-app permissions
The app may request location, Bluetooth, or NFC access only when a feature needs it. Location may support nearby address results, security, or compatible in-person payments. Bluetooth may connect a compatible nearby payment reader. NFC may support Tap to Pay or another contactless feature the user starts. These permissions can be denied or changed in device settings, but the related feature may stop working.
YeiLogic does not use a mobile advertising identifier for cross-app tracking and does not currently permit third-party behavioral advertising in the app. Operating-system and app-marketplace operators may independently process downloads, purchases, accounts, diagnostics, and reviews under their own policies. YeiLogic may receive limited receipt, installation, crash, or diagnostic information needed to operate and support the app.
3. How we use information
- Provide, personalize, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve YeiLogic.
- Establish accounts, verify users, maintain sessions, connect services, manage bookings, customers, schedules, and pickup orders, and provide support.
- Process subscriptions, trials, customer checkout, deposits, refunds, disputes, usage limits, and provider events.
- Send verification, appointment, transaction, security, service, billing, and support communications and optional marketing only where permitted.
- Detect fraud, spam, abuse, unauthorized access, repeat-trial or payment abuse, and legal or policy violations.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, preserve evidence, and protect YeiLogic, its users, end customers, and others.
- Create de-identified or aggregated service, reliability, and business insights that do not identify a person.
We do not use customer booking details, notes, or service requests to sell third-party advertising.
4. Automated features and communications
YeiLogic uses automation to manage availability, booking workflows, reminders, payment status, and related account tasks. Automated results can be delayed or incorrect, so businesses remain responsible for reviewing their schedules, customer information, prices, and settings.
Businesses are responsible for legally required customer notices and consents. Phone verification is not consent to optional promotional communications.
SMS messaging program disclosures
YeiLogic offers separately consented recurring automated SMS programs for appointment confirmations, changes, cancellations, and reminders; offers and business updates about the selected business; and account-owner setup, trial, feature, offer, and survey messages. Each program records its own consent. Enrollment is optional. Consent is not a condition of booking, purchasing, verifying a phone number, or buying YeiLogic. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
Online enrollment uses an unchecked checkbox beside the complete disclosure. Booking, phone verification, and purchase continue when the checkbox is left unchecked. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other disclosure categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy for additional information.
5. How we disclose information
We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes in this Policy, including to authorized business-account users; recipients of requested communications; hosting, database, security, authentication, analytics, customer-support, email, AI, speech, and infrastructure providers; telecommunications providers, carriers, registries, and anti-spam services; payment processors, banks, networks, and fraud services; connected services a user chooses; professional advisers, regulators, courts, or law enforcement; and parties to a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information for money and do not currently share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Providers are permitted to process information only for authorized services, their independent legal duties, or another purpose disclosed by their own terms and permitted by law.
6. Service providers
YeiLogic uses service providers for functions such as hosting, databases, authentication, security, communications, email delivery, payment processing, calendars, address search, customer support, analytics, and public-web content. Provider identities and technical architecture may change as the service evolves. Each provider may process only the information reasonably needed for its authorized service, independent legal duties, or another purpose disclosed by its own terms and permitted by law.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies, local storage, logs, and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, security, core functions, and performance. Optional public-site analytics or marketing technologies remain off unless enabled through available consent controls. We honor Global Privacy Control where legally required. We do not respond separately to legacy Do Not Track signals because there is no generally accepted standard for them.
8. Retention
We retain information only as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, operate the business, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain backups, and preserve billing, consent, opt-out, fraud, tax, and audit records. After deletion, information may remain temporarily in backups or systems where immediate deletion is not technically possible.
Unresolved balances, disputes, transaction records, consent and opt-out records, legal holds, and fraud-prevention records may be retained for the applicable period.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, monitoring, provider controls, and restricted administrative access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.
10. Privacy choices and account deletion
Depending on the relationship and applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, or portability; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; disconnect connected services; or appeal a privacy-rights decision. Business account users can export available customer data or begin permanent account deletion through Settings > Data. Deletion is subject to disclosed legal, security, billing, dispute, and retention exceptions.
We may verify identity and authority before completing a request. An end customer may be directed to the business that controls the relevant lead or customer record.
11. United States state notices
In the preceding 12 months, YeiLogic may have collected identifiers, account and authentication data, commercial and billing records, network activity, approximate or permitted device location, electronic communications, professional or business information, customer records, and service, fraud, or safety inferences. These categories are used and disclosed for the purposes and recipient categories described above. YeiLogic has not sold them or shared them for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to confirm processing; access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy; opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling; limit certain sensitive-data uses; withdraw consent; appeal; and receive equal service. Rights vary by law and are subject to exceptions.
12. International processing
YeiLogic is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where providers operate. Where applicable, legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with law, and protection of rights and safety.
13. Children
Business accounts are for adults 18 or older. YeiLogic is not directed to children under 13. Businesses must not knowingly use YeiLogic to collect a child's personal information without required parental authorization, notices, and safeguards.
14. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version will appear here with a new date. We may provide additional notice and request renewed consent when required by law or a connected-service policy.
